Staff Tax Accountant

Due to unprecedented growth, RSC is currently seeking a Staff Tax Accountant to perform write-up accounting services to a broad base of clients. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and review annual and quarterly income tax provisions in accordance with SFAS 109
  • Assist clients in managing federal and state tax audits and negotiating tax positions
  • Perform technical tax research, analysis and written memorandum.
  • Interface with clients and their independent auditors regarding income tax provisions
  • Assist with the research, implementation and documentation of tax planning strategies

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of public accounting experience
  • Experience in accounting for income taxes (SFAS 109)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA
