Audit Services

The RSC audit services provide the highest level of assurance that can be provided by a CPA on financial statements. Audit engagements are performed to assist clients in a wide range of industries with third party needs such as:

• Requirements outlined in loan agreements, bonding requirements and/or other regulations;
• The development of reliable financial information track records for financing a potential merger and acquisition, expansion or for potential investors;
• The performance of audits for use by management for continued sound business practices.

Reviews

RSC reviews provide limited assurance on financial statements through inquiries and analytical procedures. A review is a less expensive alternative to an audit.

Compilation

Private companies that do not have a need for audits or reviews may require a compilation. RSC prepares these reports of financial information in the form of financial statements without expressing assurance. These reports can be prepared on an interim basis, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
